Troubleshooting basics

If you experience problems with your go.uconn.edu page, the issues might be attributed to your browser settings. You can try to clear your cache and/or delete cookies from your browser. We recommend consulting your browser’s Help menu for instructions. Please note that deleting the cookies from your browser might remove your saved settings from previously visited websites.

Other problems could be attributed to Javascript. Check to make sure that Javascript is enabled for your web browser. This setting can usually be found in the Preferences menu of your browser.

Go.uconn.edu settings won’t save

If you have logged into your go.uconn.edu page and are still unable to edit your page, please make sure that you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser. If you are using the most updated version, you might also check that cookies are enabled within your browser.

Go.uconn.edu content disappeared

If your personalized go.uconn.edu page has disappeared, make sure that you have logged into the go.uconn.edu page using your UConn NetID and password. To log in, click on the “Login” link in the upper-left corner of the page.
